Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted or for peremptory consideration. Compare Lemke v Stroh Brewery Co, No. 130194, lv den 441 Mich 908 (1992). The Court of Appeals, at its option, may hold the case in abeyance for any other case or cases in which any issue in this case is to be decided, see, e.g., Mazur v Stroh Brewery Co, No. 131111, and Bullock v Stroh Brewery Co, No. 129821; remand the matter to the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission for reconsideration or further proceedings consistent with Barr v Stroh Brewery Co, 189 Mich App 549; 473 NW2d 716 (1991), lv & recon den 439 Mich 1008 (1992), see, e.g., Lemke, supra; or process the granted application as a regular appeal, see, e.g., Carmen v Stroh Brewery Co, 441 Mich 910, 496 NW2d 293 (1993) (order granted) (new COA No. 160700); Kanski v Stroh Brewery Co, 441 Mich 921, 497 NW2d 185 (1993) (order remanding to Court of appeals for consideration of specific argument) (new COA No. 161249, March 3, 1993 order granting leave to appeal). We do not retain jurisdiction.
